1. Overview of Services

Marksheet+ is a cloud-based education technology (EdTech) platform accessible via web and mobile applications. It provides digital tools for educational institutions, including but not limited to:

• School management systems
• Learning management systems (LMS)
• Communication tools
• Financial and fee management
• Inventory or stationery management
• Other academic and administrative solutions

These services may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Authorized Users

Accounts on Marksheet+ may only be created by:

• Schools or educational institutions
• Authorized representatives such as principals or administrators

By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your institution.

2.2 Institutional Accounts

The institution is responsible for:

• Creating and managing user accounts (teachers, students, parents)
• Ensuring that all users comply with these Terms
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

Marksheet+ is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the misuse of account credentials.

3. Free Trial

Marksheet+ may offer a 14-day free trial to new users.

• The trial is provided for evaluation purposes only
• Certain features may be limited during the trial period
• Marksheet+ reserves the right to modify or withdraw the trial at any time

Continued use after the trial period may require a paid subscription.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Model

Marksheet+ may offer flexible pricing models, including:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Per-student pricing

Pricing details will be communicated separately or made available through official channels.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in accordance with the selected subscription plan
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

4.3 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing by Marksheet+.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Misuse student, parent, or institutional data
• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Marksheet+ reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, in case of misuse.

6. Data and Institutional Responsibility

Educational institutions retain ownership of the data they upload to Marksheet+.

The institution is responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and legality of data
• Obtaining necessary consents (including parental consent for student data)
• Managing access and permissions within their account

Marksheet+ acts as a service provider and does not assume responsibility for the content or accuracy of institutional data.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Marksheet+ platform — including but not limited to software, design, features, content, and technology — are the exclusive property of Marksheet+.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the platform

8. Service Availability

Marksheet+ strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, access to the platform may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical issues, maintenance or system upgrades, network or infrastructure failures, and events beyond our control (force majeure).

Accordingly, Marksheet+ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times but will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and resolve issues promptly.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Marksheet+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Activities that may harm the platform or other users

Upon termination:

• Access to the platform may be revoked
• Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marksheet+ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Interruptions or delays in service

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

Marksheet+ may update or modify its services and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
