Educational institutions using Marksheet+ are the owners and controllers of the data they upload or manage within the platform. Marksheet+ acts as a service provider and data processor, operating the platform on behalf of schools.

Institutions are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the data they upload
  • Obtaining necessary permissions or consent from parents or guardians where required
  • Managing access rights for staff and administrators within their organization

4. Children's Privacy

Marksheet+ is used by educational institutions that manage information related to students, many of whom may be minors. Educational institutions using the platform are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by applicable laws, and for ensuring that student information is uploaded and managed in compliance with relevant regulations.

Marksheet+ does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without institutional authorization.
